Subject: Three Amazing Tours!

We had three amazing tours with Through Eternity. We visited the Vatican and St. Peter's with Katia. She was wonderful, knowledgeable and very accommodating. We then took the Roman Forum and Colosseum tour with Luca. His energy and enthusiasm was just what we needed to bring Ancient Rome back to life! Good luck in Egypt, Luca and look out for those snakes!! In Florence, we toured the Uffizi with Angelo. He took the time to take us all around the city of Florence that we may not have seen if it weren’t for him! He was very funny and passionate about the information he was giving. Wow, what a treat from Through Eternity. I highly recommend these tours… They are worth every penny!!

Subject: Wonderful Tours in Rome and Florence

The missus and I had a wonderful time touring with Giovanni on our Essence of Rome tour. He was friendly, knowledgeable and was also able to guide us along without really hurrying us. He recommended a good trattoria for lunch, and took us on an adventure on a Roman bus because we just couldn't get a taxi from St Peter's to the Trevi fountain.

After such a great tour in Rome we had pretty high expectations for our Florence tour and I happy to say that Costanza certainly delivered on that front. She was warm, personable and very knowledgeable, and gave us a good history of the evolution of Renaissance musical instruments in The Accademia, instead of just shepherding us straight to the David.

She also brought us to a lovely cantina (where we had one of our best food and wine experiences) and gelato shop along the way to The Uffizi, and as a native Florentine, was also able to recommend several excellent restaurants and delicatessens to us (that were not in the usual guide book).

I also have to say that the support team at TE (Jillian and Pip) were absolutely Ace! They were patient and helpful in answering all my enquiries, and gave good advice too.

I would definitely use TE again if I were to return to Italy, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone going to Italy.

Cinzia was excellent. Very knowledgeable, very enthusiastic. Always interesting. We were very happy she gave us a private tour of the Jewish Ghetto and of some churches!

Subject: Another wonderful tour with Through Eternity!

Another wonderful tour with Through Eternity! Costanza Barlondi was fabulous. Without her we would have wondered at the Uffizi for hours looking but not knowing the history behind the great works of art. Her knowledge was outstanding! I'm very impressed with your tour company, I think any other company would have canceled our tours because not enough people registered. I will go to trip advisor and leave a review when we finish all our tours. If they are divided by city then I will leave a review at each.

Subject: Exclusive Sistine Chapel Entrance

Thanks for asking for our opinion of this tour, because we wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed it. Guido was an excellent, knowledgeable and personable guide and we learned a lot. The time allotted was just right, and we appreciated the lunch break too.

Our Vatican tour with Cinzia was the highlight of our five days in Rome. Cinzia clearly loves her work! She is knowledgeable as well as enthusiastic, and imparted her love of art and architecture to our group. The strategy to view the Sistine Chapel before opening werked perfectly, and we had plenty of time to absorb it. We truly felt like VIPs since we had the Chapel virtually to ourselves for the first 30 minutes. Cinzia accommodated restroom needs and directed us to a delightful place to break for coffee in the garden. Though we were exhausted by the end of the tour, we felt we saw as much as we could handle in a day.

We would definitely use your services again if we visit Florence or come back to Rome. We have also recommended you to people we met on the Mediterranean cruise we took following our Rome visit. Please give our regards to Cinzia, and also to John Tinto, from whom we learned of your services.

Subject: Two Wonderful Rome Tours

The tour was fabulous. Giovanni was an excellent guide and his knowledge is vast. He gave us huge insight into the the places we visited. He was personable and we had a wonderful time that day with him. I would not hesitate to recommend "Through Eternity Tours" to anyone. All in all a great experience........Many thanks for all the help that was given to me while putting together a wonderful time in Rome. Eugenia was a great guide. The only negative that I have is not with your services, but the number of people that they let in. The museums are too packed to see anything. Unfortunately we never did get into St Peters as there was a special mass being said that day by the Pope, next trip hopefully we will be able to visit St. Peter's.

Subject: Outstanding Vatican Tour with Cinzia

It was an OUTSTANDING TOUR. We had Cinzia as a tour guide. Exceptionally talented guide. Given that it is a long tour and it covers an immense collection of art as well as several milleniums of history, she did a spectacular job of simplifying and explaining what we were looking at. My wife and I had seen the Vatican 30 years ago as well as the museum, but we both had the feeling after the tour that we simply hadnt "seen" the museum at all 30 years ago. I felt that the explanation not only explained the vatican art, but would help in the future with any other museum I visited. I had picked Eternity tours from the reccomendation in the Frommers guide to Rome. Frommers stated that your Vatican tour is the best in Rome. I certainly would agree with that assessment. It was wonderful.

Subject: Outstanding Tour with Corinna!

The Florence of the Medici tour tour was outstanding. Corinna enthusiastically led us through the history and the streets of Florence in an exciting and stimulating way sharing her extensive knowledge of Florence. We learnt so much about the history of Florence that we would have expected to learn but we also were given the tidbits of information about the daily life of the city, ancient and modern, that brought the city to life.
We would highly recommend this tour. Corinna was a great leader.
