Subject: Three Wonderful Group Tours

These tours are FABULOUS and so are all the guides namely, Giovanni and Gabriel. I loved the tours and loved guides. They are extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant and sweet. They all have an amazing memory for facts and figures. I HIGHLY recommend Through Eternity and their tours.

We found the tour to be both informative and entertaining due to Ms. Di Lodovico's professional, engaging and passionate approach and delivery. The group size was intimate but Ms. Di Lodovico could've created that feeling with a group of 60.

Subject: Well-Structured and Paced Ancient City Tour With Leonardo

I am happy to provide feedback on the tour. My husband and I both found it well-structured and well-paced. Leonardo was an excellent guide who handled the varied needs represented within our group extremely well. His knowledge of the subject matter was outstanding and his ability to impart a lot of information and interact with the group while still keeping on schedule was impressive. We learned a lot during the five hours!

Your communications ahead of time and directions for meeting were quite clear. All in all, we have only praise for all aspects of our tour and interaction with your company. We hope to return to Italy and we look forward to future Through Eternity tours.

Subject: Excellent Vatican Tour with Marco!

We recently returned from our Mediterranean holiday and just wanted to drop an email to say how much we were pleased with the expert/professional guide that was in charge of our tour on October 18th (I believe). We were in the company of some officers from the US Enterprise (aircraft carrier), some folks from Long Island New York and others. Your company obvously had earned the respect of the US military to be tasked to look after these officers from the USO.

I can't say enough about how well Marco was able to get us around the 'Locus' (ship tour groups) and use our limited time to our best possible advantage. It was very clear to us also, that he had earned the respect of Vatican staff who often spoke quietly to him and made minor 'compromises' to facilitate our tour in a more expeditious manner.

Please pass on our warmest regards to Marco and tell him that we would love to come back to Italy again to see more of the rural country side as well as some of the other sites in Roma that we did not have time to see. Hopefully he might be available again to assist us?

Subject: Brilliant Guide at the Vatican and Ancient City

We had the pleasure of having Cinzia be our tour guide for the in-depth experience of the Vatican Museums and St. Peter’s. She is well versed on the history and art. We enjoyed spending the day with her. She is is an excellent tour guide! She was very easy to get along with and understand. She also answered all of our questions. We also really enjoyed our in-depth tour of the ancient city with Cinzia! She is an amazing tour guide. She adjusted the tour to our group of 6 (bathroom breaks, etc.) I would definitely recommend your company and Cinzia again!

Subject: Guide with Tremendous Knowledge of Rome

We had a wonderful time with Mario who was as enthusiastic a guide as one could want. He has a tremendous knowledge of the city, culture and history of Rome, complete with vignettes about little known characters of history. Mario was kind enough to treat us for cafe which was not necessary and he stayed with us extra time so that he could answer all of our questions. He is an asset to your company and we wish we had him for the next tour.

Our first experience through your company in our tour of the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's was an excellent experience that we are sharing and recommending with everyone we know. Our guide, Caterina Panetta, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely patient during our tour. Her pace was perfect, she explained the art work without flaw, and she taught us an incredible amount regarding the detailed history on each incredible piece of art we had the pleasure to visit. Caterina gets the highest marks from us, and we would absolutely request her for another personal tour the next time we are fortunate to visit Rome.

The convenient service you provide to visitors is well worth it, and we will highly recommend your company to anyone visiting the Vatican Museums and St. Peters.

Then, like our private tour through the Vatican and St. Peters Museum, our private tour with Eugenia Dandrea was a fantastic journey that we are recommending to everyone regarding our experience. Eugenia showed promptly at our meeting destination and immediately got us going on our tour. She explained the ruins of the Roman Forum very well, and used her current to previous conditions book perfectly to explain what was and what is throughout the ruins. We were able to get a complete understanding of how great this complex was, and how the Roman people were one of the first peoples to recycle their valuable resources.

Furthermore, Eugenia was the epitome of patience, professionalism, and really is a kind and friendly person. She really focused on our questions to make sure we appreciated everything as we walked and talked. We couldn't believe that the tour seemed to fly by so fast, but time flies when you're having a great time...and we definitely did!!

Both of our private tours were absolutely fantastic experiences, and we will definitely be using your services again given the opportunity. If all of your personal guides are as smart and sweet as Eugenia, then we very much look forward to the possibility of more experiences.

Subject: Through Eternity Most Accommodating and Very Professional

Sorry it has taken so long to let you know how much we enjoyed our tours in Florence, Rome, and Amalfi Coast. I am finally catching up on things since our return. Your company was most accommodating and very professional. I would not hesitate recommending you to others or using your company again if the opportunity ever arose.

Angelo, our guide for Florence, was most accommodating, flexible, and knowledgeable. I am still raving about the restaurant that he recommended and where we ate lunch. His flexibility with our group was very much appreciated.

John, our guide in Rome was exceptional! He did exactly what we asked of him for our tour. His knowledge about the area was unsurpassed. An unexpected aspect of our tour was the walk through the Forum and the explanations of the active digs and the structures that John provided. Hopefully, we will be able to return to Rome one day and we fully intend to ask for him as our guide.

Dolores, our guide for the Amalfi coast, was also good. She definitely knows the area. My only recommendation would have been for her to be more flexible with our group.

Again, thank you for the constant communication prior to our trip. You were most patient answering all of our questions.
