Tour Overview

A quick visit to the vibrant and colorful Trionfale Food Market, just steps from the Vatican, is included in our pizza and wine experience. You can sample various varieties of pizza and local wines while strolling through the local delights.
You will be invited inside the PummaRe restaurant after the visit to the market. Then before learning how to make real Neapolitan pizza, you sample fried pizza and a bottle of sparkling wine. You learn how to season it to your preferences and cook it over a wood fire. After this hands-on experience, you will have the opportunity to unwind at the café or on the outside patio, where you can enjoy the fruits of your labor. You may sit at the social table, sip wine with new acquaintances from all over the world, and ask the chef for more Italian cooking tips and tricks.
