At Through Eternity, we know that each group is different, and this tour will allow us to customize a bespoke tour perfect for your particular interests.

Tour Description

Cultural sites, museums, diverse neighborhoods and iconic landmarks. It is not surprising that London is one of the most visited cities on earth. However, we all have different things we are trying to experience in the city. The visit for the first timer and the visit for those who have been to London multiple times are going to be different. Through Eternity’s customisable full day tour can be what you make of it.

Some highlights that we can offer as part of your tour include (definitely not an exhaustive list, get in contact and we will be more than happy to create your own bespoke tour):

Highlights

The British Museum

With its vast collection of antiquities including the Rosetta stone and the Parthenon Friezes, the British Museum is the most visited museum in London. Its collections spans a vast period of time. In fact the oldest item in its collection is the Olduvai chopping tool, which may be around two million years old. With a collection spanning all of human history, it is sometimes a daunting prospect. Through Eternity’s expert guides will help you navigate this treasure trove of knowledge. Come in with an open mind, and you will learn something new every time you return!

The Tower of London

The kings and queens of England have a history dating back close to 1500 years, with all manner of characters having sat on the throne. From cheerful party boys like Edward VII to bloated tyrants like Henry VIII and so many more. Their history has been bloody and it is in the Tower of London that these stories are manifest. Once a fortress and then a prison for some of the most famous names in British history from Anne Boleyn to the princes in the tower, a visit here is always full of character. The Beefeaters and the Ravens of the Tower are absolutely iconic guardians of one of the most famous places in London. If you have not been, it should be added to your itinerary. Through Eternity organises skip-the-line access to make your visit seamless.

Culinary adventure

London is host to some of the best restaurants in the world, with Michelin star restaurants abounding. Your Through Eternity guide will be happy to recommend some good spots for all budgets. However, a real culinary adventure in London is in one its famous street markets. The most well known is Borough Market, playing host to a fantastic selection of street food and fresh products. A visit to Spitalfields market, is less visited and one of the most genuine and charming couple of hours you could spend in London. Mixing a short food tour in with your big cultural sites is definitely something that can be arranged with Through Eternity Tours.

Westminster Abbey and Big Ben

If one were to mention one building that is the icon of London, then Big Ben would have to be it. Having recently completed a glorious restoration in 2023, the great clock tower of the Palace of Westminster, Big Ben, has never looked better. It would be a shame not to see it in all its glory. To combine this with a trip to Westminster Abbey is a perfect addition to a full day in London. Westminster Abbey is host to the coronations of the monarchs of England, a burial place of Kings Queens and Poets and a stunning Gothic church in its own right. Very few places pack in as much history per square foot as Westminster Abbey and with your skip-the-line access to its treasures, your Through Eternity guide will help you navigate the centuries of stories within.

Our Tour

Our full day tour can cover these major sites above or others catered to your interests. The outside of Buckingham Palace, the famous West-End or Covent Garden can all be added to the trip. However, in one day, there is only so much time so you will have to choose the things you are most interested in exploring. London is a city that rewards visits back and remember that if you don’t see something on this trip, there will be more delights to await you on another visit to the city, especially if you travel with Through Eternity!
