Due to limited seating availability, date and time-specific tickets are non-refundable if not used on the reservation date (no show). You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance of your tour time.

Guests who have purchased directly from our website can use this page to find their booking and reschedule their itinerary one time at no charge*. However, the guest is responsible for the difference if the fare price for the new date/time selected is higher. Refunds are not issued when ticket prices have decreased due to promotions or when the date/time selected is less expensive. Changes are subject to availability.
