Finally looking at this again - my turn to be delayed... For Pompeii and Naples, Florence, Wine Tour and Venice we will be either 5 or 6 people - I'll be able to confirm within 2 - 3 weeks as the 6th person is unable to commit until mid-August but thinks she'll be able to join us. The Pompeii and Naples excursion you listed includes transportation from Rome. I think we were looking taking high speed train from Rome to Naples in the morning and doing the tour from there, then train back at the end of the day. That one is listed as starting at 795? If you could provide more details on wine tour and Custom day in Venice we do think we want to proceed with those as well. Thanks for the assistance! James.

I have added the proposal from the Naples station instead of Rome, please note that our ticket team would be happy to assist you with purchasing the tickets. If you decide to do it yourself, please let us know the train number and arrival time as soon as you have it, because the drivers need this information. 

Custom Venice 

This would be a combination of the Essential Venice tour and the Islands tour.

Custom Florence 

We work together with a lovely winery, they have several properties in Tuscany. If you have any preference for are for example, the Chianti region, Montepulciano/Pienza, Montalcino, San Gimignano/ Siena and Chianti. The excursion will include pick up at your Florence accommodation, lunch with wine, tasting and an interesting stop somewhere like a cheese factory and free time in the villages.

Hi Desiree, we're back at planning and hopefully about ready to sign off and buy tours. Comments / Changes: Rome in 2 Days: For the second day of Rome in 2 Days, there are two additional guests that would like to join, with the request that the second day be the Vatican portion of the tour. Pompeii: For Pompeii tour, we are now planning to be 7 people, and if your ticket team would like to book train tickets for us that would be great. A Day in Florence: Increased to 7 people. Custom Florence: Also will be 7 people. All great sounding choices - maybe San Gimignano/ Siena area? But I'm sure we'd be happy with any option. Love the cheese factory visit idea. Custom Venice: Increase to 5 people for this tour / day. Thanks.

As per your request, I have updated the Rome in Day / 2nd Vatican day to 4 people. I have updated the Pompeii tour to 7 people including round-trip train tickets from Rome. I have updated the "A day in Florence" tour to reflect 7 people. 

I have added a custom Chianti, Siena, and San Gimignano tour including wine & cheese tasting experience. 

Regarding combining the Venice Islands Tour with our Essential Venice city tour, we can recommend visiting Murano where you will enjoy watching world-renowned artisan glassmaking & Burano's famous colorful houses and lace making, then breaking for a gourmet lunch on the island before returning to Venice to begin your city tour.

We have just emailed you a PayPal invoice including all the tours. The Grand Total is €8,400. For some reason, your breakdown comes to €8,378. 

Each party can pay their share and once the invoice is fully paid, we will go ahead and issue the confirmation vouchers.

Please note that in Rome in Two days / Day 2 for Jay and Yuuka Zweibaum, only the Vatican entrances are included.

Thank you for the bookings. We have received full payment and I am currently working on the confirmation vouchers and will be emailing them to you by the beginning of the week.

I just wanted to make sure I understood you correctly. For Jay and Yuuka Zweibaum, we have only included the entrances of the Vatican Museums/Sistine Chapel/St. Peter's Basilica and NOT the complete pricing of Day 2 of our "Rome in Two Days" tour. 

If they want to be included in the full Day 2, the supplement for 2 people will be €80. Please let me know and I can set this up for you.

Perhaps you could throw the rest of the day in for them since we’re so dedicated to all sorts of tours :)

Hello James, 

For your day tour from Rome to Pompeii & the Archeological Museum of Naples, we usually purchase the 07:40 > 08:54AM train to Naples. The tour ends around 3:30PM at the Archeological Museum. Transfer back to the train station is not included. You may opt to take a local taxi or we can arrange for a one-way transfer for €110. 

Would you like to take the train back to Rome right after the tour or would you like to enjoy some time in Naples and take a later train? If so please let us know around what time you'd like to return.

Hi Yesim, 7:40 am train sounds perfect. We've chatted and would like to take advantage of being in Naples and wonder around some prior to our return train to Rome. We are thinking that heading back to Rome sometime around 7:30 or 8:00 pm after an early dinner could be nice - do the fast trains run that late and is there an option that would work?
